ShawaPay - Operated by TY-IT TECH INC.

1Purpose

These terms govern the use of the Shawa application, allowing: • QR code payment at Oplus partner stores • Loyalty card • Cashback

2Access Conditions

To use the application, you must: • Be at least 18 years old or have legal authorization • Provide accurate information • Have a compatible device

3User Account

The user is responsible for: • The confidentiality of their credentials • All activity carried out through their account You must keep your account information up to date and not share your credentials with third parties.

4Payment Operations

Payment terms: • Payments are processed through certified partners • Transactions are final unless otherwise specified • The QR code is personal and must not be shared Each transaction generates a unique QR code that expires after use or after a specified period.

5Cashback and Loyalty

Loyalty program conditions: • Cashback is awarded according to rules defined by each merchant • It has no direct monetary value outside the application • May be modified or suspended in case of fraud or abuse Specific conditions for each loyalty program are available from participating merchants.

6User Obligations

It is strictly forbidden to: • Use the application for fraudulent purposes • Attempt to bypass security systems • Impersonate a third party • Carry out unauthorized transactions • Share or sell your account Any fraudulent behavior will result in immediate account suspension and may be subject to legal action.

7Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to: • Suspend an account temporarily or permanently • Terminate access in case of non-compliance with the Terms of Use • Block suspicious transactions • Request additional identity verification In case of suspension, you will be notified by email and may contest the decision by contacting us.

8Limitation of Liability

TY-IT TECH INC. cannot be held responsible for: • Temporary service interruptions • Errors attributable to business partners • Indirect or consequential losses • Technical problems beyond our control • Modifications or cancellations made by merchants Our liability is limited to the amount of the transactions concerned, within the limits permitted by law.

9Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Canadian laws and, where applicable, applicable provincial laws. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.

10Acceptance

Use of the application constitutes full acceptance of these terms. By continuing to use Shawa, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms of Use. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the application.
